Description
Coronelli, the Venetian cartographer tasked with making the largest World and Heaven globes in history. The story goes that he also made a 6cm small globe for the crown prince, Le Dauphin. Louis the XV established colonies worldwide and founded the French East India Company as well as Canada. Simple but interesting and beautiful in its 2.5”, 6cm shape. This was an age when people started to be more familiar with new discoveries.
