GRAND HOTEL HOOKS

Named after one of the seven hills which together formed the ancient heart of the city of Rome.  Close to the 2000 year old Coliseum where gladiators fought exotic and fierce animals to the death. The legendary Grand Hotels where built when cars, steamboats and internationally operating trains opened up the world to traveling in style. They advertised their newly installed electricity, working elevators and 24 hour à la Carte room service.  This was in the early 1900’s. Fortunes were made and lost easily. Money was there to be spent.
