TRANSATLANTIQUE HANGER

The inimitable ocean liners S..S. Paris and S.S. Ile de France belonged to the Compagnie Transatlantique , the largest shipping company in France. Next to New York it offered services to Central America, and managed regular services to the then French colonies Algeria and Marocco. French culinary excellence was already renown, so C.Trans vessels carried enough passengers to make a dent in generous inventories of pâté de foie gras, exclusive wines and Champagnes !
