PULLMAN SLEEPER NY/LA HANGER

George Pullman founded the Pullman Company in 1867. His invention a truly new phenomenon at the time, a train car with sleeping cabins. The train included a restaurant and freight cars. Fortunes were easily gained and lost and the rich liked to travel in style and utmost luxury. The next level up was a private rail car which could be hooked on to any train to any destination.  A mobile office and home of sorts. Pullman trains and cars are still popular and available both in Europe and the USA.
