MALAYAN RAILWAY HANGER

The Malayan peninsula served colonials and local passengers on the Malayan Railway with some beautiful vista’s and luxury cars. This was the age of the 1930’s before the wholesale destruction of ancient tropical forests and crystal clean rivers.  The Malayan Railway ran between Singapore and Kranjo, and later Woodlands and Pasir.  It dominated local rail traffic for many years.  In recent years a luxury train in the style of the European Orient Express has been running on the Malay Railway tracks.
