A hand turned miniature barrel in mahogany, representing the huge barrels, lining cellars of the Cognac region French chateaux… Cognac has to ripen, is aged by categorie, increasing
in value. Ten years already tastes mild, with a complicated bouquet. After all, barrels are not changed, it’s the cognac’s house, until bottled and sold under up to six age categories.
